REFUND & RETURN POLICY


At Tashafatnin, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product is checked and packed properly before being shipped.

Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect selection of colour, design, size, or quantity.

  • Personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the chosen design.

  • Minor colour differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings.

However, returns or exchanges may be considered if you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • A photo of the product packaging and shipping label.

  • A brief description of the problem.

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is significantly defective or damaged.

  • An incorrect product was shipped.

  • An order was cancelled by our team due to stock unavailability.

For approved returns, items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact, where reasonably possible.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the next steps.

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your original payment method and payment provider.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Shipping Costs

For returns caused by our error, such as incorrect or defective items, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Shipping fees for other returns are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or handed over to our delivery partner, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
